Authenticity & Sourcing

You are buying branded goods from a shop you have not heard of before. It is reasonable to want to know how that works.

Everything we sell is genuine

Every item on this store is an authentic article produced by the brand shown on the product page. We do not sell replicas, imitations, factory seconds passed off as first quality, or goods of uncertain origin.

If you ever receive something you believe is not genuine, write to support@vantelli.com. We will investigate and, where there is any doubt at all, refund you in full. We would rather lose a sale than an argument about this.

How we buy

We source through established European wholesale and distribution channels, working with suppliers who can document where their stock came from. Every purchase we make is invoiced and traceable.

This is also why our selection is small and why individual pieces sell out and do not always return. We buy what is available in the quantities we can verify, rather than listing an infinite catalogue we do not actually hold.

What we check before listing

Supplier documentation and invoicing for every batch
Brand labels, care labels and internal tagging against known references
Construction, stitching and hardware quality on incoming stock
Packaging and accessories supplied with the garment

Anything that fails these checks does not reach the store.

Season and stock

Some of what we carry is from current seasons, and some is from previous ones. This is normal in multi-brand retail and is part of how we keep prices reasonable on pieces that were never designed to date in the first place. A navy lambswool crewneck does not expire.

Where a piece is from an earlier season, it is still new, unworn, and sold with its original labelling.

Your protection

Beyond our own commitments, European Union law gives you a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. Goods must match their description and be fit for purpose. Nothing on this page reduces those rights.

Added to that: 60 days to return anything, free return shipping, and a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your parcel reaching us.
