Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of vantelli.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

You are contracting with the company operating the Vantelli online store, which can be reached at support@vantelli.com.

References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to order from us. Our store is intended for consumers purchasing for personal use. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale.

3. Products

Vantelli is an independent multi-brand retailer. We sell genuine branded goods produced by third-party brands. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the brands whose products we stock, unless expressly stated on the relevant product page. All trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may render differently depending on your screen. Minor variations in fabric, finish and measurement are inherent to garment production and are not defects.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Any delivery charge is shown separately and confirmed before you complete your order.

We take care to price correctly, but errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, we treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full.

5. How the contract is formed

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy.
Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept your offer.
The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, we tell you and refund any amount paid for it.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order, and your order is not dispatched until payment has cleared in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery destinations, times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract being formed. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession of them.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

You may return items within 60 days under our Returns & Refunds Policy, with free return shipping. You also retain your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days under European Union consumer law. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods must conform to the sales contract. If they do not, you are entitled under European Union law to have the goods brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or to a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract, for a period of at least two years from delivery. These remedies are free of charge to you and are not affected by anything in these Terms.

10. Use of our website

You agree not to:

Use our store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation
Scrape, harvest or copy our content, product data or images for commercial use
Upload malicious code or transmit unsolicited advertising

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.

11. Intellectual property

The Vantelli name and logo, the design and layout of this website, our original photography and our written content are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos appearing on our store remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods we sell.

12. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under the legal guarantee of conformity and product liability rules. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, provided we notify you and take reasonable steps to limit the effect.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which our company is established. If you are a consumer resident in another European Union Member State, you also retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@vantelli.com. We acknowledge complaints within one business day and aim to resolve them within fourteen days.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025. Consumers in the European Union may instead approach a national alternative dispute resolution body, or the European Consumer Centre in their country, for assistance with cross-border purchases.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a right does not amount to a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Legal Notice, form the entire agreement between us.
