Shipping & Returns

Delivery is free

Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We ship across the European Union.

Orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days. Delivery then takes three to seven business days depending on your country.

Every order is tracked. Your dispatch email carries the tracking number, which begins updating within 24 hours.

Prices include VAT, and orders within the European Union carry no customs charges or import duties.

Sixty days to decide

Return anything within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Not 14, not 30.

Return shipping is free. We send you a prepaid label — you do not pay postage, and there is no restocking fee.

Try things on as you would in a shop. Items should come back unworn outside the house, unwashed and with tags attached. Sealed underwear, swimwear and personalised items are the only exceptions.

How to return

  1. Email returns@vantelli.com with your order number.
  2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label.
  3. Attach it, drop the parcel at the carrier point, and you are done.

Please contact us before sending anything back. The label is what makes the return free.

Refunds

Issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a further three to ten business days to show it.

We refund the original standard delivery charge as well.

Exchanges

We do not run exchanges. Return for a refund and order the correct size — it is faster, and it secures the size before it sells out.

If something is wrong

Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? Email support@vantelli.com with photographs and your order number. We arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund, at your choice.

You also hold a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years under European Union law, which nothing here limits.
